A new day, a new way!
We can no longer gather in person for this time so I am brining the gathering to you.
Open your eyes and join me online for a sharing circle, so bring your cuppa and your bed hair and lets connect like friends over the breakfast table!
We will have 40 minutes to share in circle. You will have a chance to share your thoughts, feelings and emotions, then we will open the chat to a group discussion.
We will then spend 40 minutes leading into our dance practise, beginning with breath work. Let's shake it out to some energising tunes before carrying on with our day!
Our community has changed greatly yet we still need a place to connect with likeminded people in a social environment and dance! These changing times are calling for new and creative way of being. We need a space to explore ourselves with freedom. We need spaces to express ourselves with good energy and loads of happy hearts and smiles especially during times of isolation.
Create a space in home to devote to your inner work and join me online!
With that in mind, I invite you to join our growing tribe for regular virtual online gatherings!
Held twice a week in your own living room, we will start with a sharing circle over a cup of tea or your morning juice, then lead into breath work and some tantalising tunes to shake it out before starting your day. These gatherings are for building connection with your community during these times and for those who love using dance as a regular means to set themselves free.
All men and women welcome over the age of 17 years of age.
Please set yourself up and uninterrupted space and be prepared to roll at 7am, this way we can respect space for each persons share and to give yourself devoted time to connect and dance.
We will spend an hour and a half online together on Tuesday and Thursday morning.
We finish with fruit and chocolate and a short sharing circle. Please start preparing yourself 15 mins prior to going online.
If you have wireless headphones please make use of them and if not, please be mindful that the noise around you, will be heard by all on the live stream.
Dance is the fastest, most direct route to the truth — not some big truth that belongs to everybody, but the get down and personal kind, the what’s-happening-in-me-right-now kind of truth. We dance to reclaim our brilliant ability to disappear in something bigger, something safe, a space without a critic or a judge or an analyst.
We dance to fall in love with the spirit in all things, to wipe out memory or transform it into moves that nobody else can make because they didn’t live it. We dance to hook up to the true genius lurking behind all the bullshit — to seek refuge in our originality and our power to reinvent ourselves; to shed the past, forget the future and fall into the moment feet first. Remember being fifteen, possessed by the beat, by the thrill of music pumping loud enough to drown out everything you’d ever known?
The beat is a lover that never disappoints and, like all lovers, it demands 100% surrender. It has the power to seduce moves we couldn’t dream. It grabs us by the belly, turns us inside out and leaves us abruptly begging for more. We love beats that move faster than we can think, beats that drive us ever deeper inside, that rock our worlds, break down walls and make us sweat our prayers. Prayer is moving. Prayer is offering our bones back to the dance. Prayer is letting go of everything that impedes our inner silence.
God is the dance and the dance is the way to freedom and freedom is our holy work.
We dance to survive, and the beat offers a yellow brick road to make it through the chaos that is the tempo of our times. We dance to shed skins, tear off masks, crack moulds, and experience the breakdown — the shattering of borders between body, heart and mind, between genders and generations, between nations and nomads. We are the transitional generation. This is our dance.
Gabrielle Roth, The Spiritual Power of Dance.
So let's dance to break up our patterns and beliefs, dance to free yourself and dance to shake it up, break it up, and release all that is not love in your sphere. Free your body and free your mind and join us on virtual in the comfort of your own living room dance floor!

Bianca is a natural healer. She brings authenticity to every dance and puts her whole heart and soul into every detail of what she brings to her dance space. Dancing with Bianca makes me feel seen, valued and connected. I found it a truly transforming experience to dance with her. Most importantly, her beats are banging!
